How to Connect with Your Provider

1. Using PC, Laptop, Phone, or Tablet go to zoom.us>
2. You will than receive a call from our team at your appointment time.
3. You will click Join or Join meeting whichever option you see
4. You may be asked to download an app or plugging, please proceed with the quick download
5. You will be instructed to enter the 9-digit number (that will be provided) in the meeting ID field
