Aveon Health offers appointment reminder calls as a courtesy to our patients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may ask you to reschedule your appointment.
If you No Show an appointment or cancel and not notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $30 No Show Fee. Any weekend or extended appointments missed may be charged $60.
We accept payment in form of cash, check, credit card and digital currency (Bitcoin). Any checks returned to us due to insufficient funds will result in a fee of $25 each.
New Patients who are needing prescriptions for pain medications, psychiatric medications or ADHD medications will not be given a prescription on their first office visit.
