What are your office hours?

Our office hours are 7:00-5:30 Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8-noon.

What insurances do you take?

We accept most major insurances. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance after your portion is paid. We collect all copayments at check in and co-insurance at check out. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express in addition to cash and checks and BitCoin.

How much does it cost if I do not have insurance?

Fees vary based on the treatment, but we do offer a discount program to patients paying cash at time of service.

What do I do if I have a health concern after hours?

We have a provider “on call” after our office is closed to take care of your “after hours” medical needs. If you are having a life threatening emergency, go to your nearest hospital. The Emergency Room doctor on duty will begin treatment and contact the provider who is on call.

Should I come to my appointment early?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time to register. If you are a new patient, and still need to complete new patient paperwork please arrive 30 minutes early.
