• Back Office Supervisor

Erika has been with Aveon Health since she graduated Pima Medical Institute as a Medical Assistant in 2018. She is a back-office supervisor because of her willingness to help patients. She manages the back office in a way that promotes team work and facilitates workflow by creating procedures so that our new Medical Assistants are expertly trained in the minimum amount of time while maintaining a high level of care constantly reminding staff of our Aveon Values.
