Zoom Cloud Meetings Update:

Many have heard of the zoom meetings potential flaw.  Rest assured this does not affect us and does not put any of your information at risk.

What we are doing to mitigate the flaws:

• Every meeting has its own unique 9 digit meeting ID. We will never email you a link to join the meeting, we will always call you to give you the meeting ID. We do not share nor post zoom meeting links anywhere.
• No one can join the meeting without our authorization. We must manually admit anyone trying to join a meeting. Even if someone guesses the randomly generated 9 digit meeting ID, only we can authorize who enters the meeting because we do not have any automated links for one click join. Once you have joined the meeting no one else can join our meeting.
• We have disabled any screen sharing, remote control, texting, whiteboard and all other features of zoom meetings
• Every meeting that we do on zoom has its own unique meeting ID no two patients will ever have the same meeting ID
