Physician Assistant – Family Medicine
Kimberly Brabentz, PA-C, is a highly experienced and dedicated Physician Assistant with more than two decades of comprehensive family practice experience. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong emphasis on diabetes prevention, education, and disease management.
Kimberly earned her Bachelor of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds active licensure in both Arizona and New York. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Arizona Academy of Physician Assistants.
Throughout her career, Kimberly has provided full-spectrum primary care to diverse patient populations, managing acute and chronic conditions across all stages of life. She has extensive experience in:
- Diabetes prevention, education, and long-term management
- Women’s health and hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
- Department of Transportation (DOT) physical examinations
- Minor in-office procedures including mole removal, laceration repair, and toenail removal
- Ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and imaging studies
In addition to her work in family medicine, Kimberly has a background in sports medicine, previously caring for athletes at the amateur, collegiate, and professional levels, including affiliations connected to organizations such as the Phoenix Suns and Phoenix Mercury.
Kimberly is passionate about patient education and empowering individuals to take an active role in their health. She has served as a mentor and preceptor for Physician Assistant students and has been recognized for her contributions to clinical education.
