Physician Assistant – Family Medicine
Ann Marie Chavez, PA-C, is a dedicated and experienced family practice Physician Assistant with more than 13 years of clinical experience providing comprehensive primary care. She delivers high-quality care across all stages of life, including acute care, women’s health, pediatric medicine, and hormone replacement therapy (HRT).
Ann Marie earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Nevada, followed by a Master’s degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University. She later completed her Physician Assistant training at the University of New Mexico, earning her Bachelor of Science as a Physician Assistant.
Her clinical background includes experience in hematology and oncology, which has strengthened her ability to recognize early signs of complex and serious conditions. As primary care providers are often the first point of contact, especially for an aging population, Ann Marie values thorough evaluation, early detection, and proactive management.
She is licensed as a Physician Assistant in the State of Arizona and maintains national certification through the NCCPA. She is also certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
